Parkland players announce commitments

Parkland Lady Predators U18 teammates Nicole Ballante and Kisten Poulton have announced their college commitments for the fall of 2009.  Ballante has decided that she will play for Coach Mike Goodrich at Nova Southeastern University.  She is a 2008 first team All-Conference and All-Palm Beach County selection out of West Boca Raton High School and picked NSU over Georgia College & State University, Lander University, and Mars Hill College.  She is the daughter of proud parents Frank & Sherri Ballante of Boca Raton, Florida.

Kristen Poulton has selected UCF over Florida Gulf Coast, FAU, and FIU.  She is a two time (2007 & 2008) first team All-Broward County selection out of Stoneman Douglas High School.  She is the daughter of proud mom Denise Poulton of Coral Springs, Florida.

These two young ladies are the fifth and sixth players from the Parkland team to commit to college; following teammates Katrina Rose (FIU), Kelsey Wys (FSU), Eva Leeper and Kaitlyn Lorenc (Jacksonville University).
