Lorenc commits to Jacksonville

Kaitlyn Lorenc of the Parkland Lady Predators U18's and West Boca Raton High School has committed to play soccer for Jacksonville University in the fall of 2009. Kaitlyn has been a member of the Florida '91 State ODP team from 2004-2007 and attended the Region 3 ODP camp at University of Montevallo in Alabama in 2005 & 2007. She was also selected 1st team All-Palm Beach County in her sophomore (2007) and junior (2008) years while at West Boca.

Kaitlyn becomes the second player from the state of Florida; joining her Parkland teammate, Eva Leeper to commit to JU Coach Brian Copham's first recruiting class for 2009. She chose Jacksonville over offers from Charleston Southern, Georgia Southern, FAU, Nova Southeastern, Emory, and Temple University. She is the daughter of proud parents Julie and Steve Lorenc of Boca Raton, Florida.
