CAA Creeks U13 Coed Advances to FYSA Region B Cup Finals

The Creeks Athletic Association Clash U13 (B3CAA301NFY) coed soccer team finished in first place in the “Group II” bracket of the FYSA Region B Cup held in Ocala, FL on March 1-2, 2008.

The team never lost a match, and enjoyed game scores of 3-1, 2-1, and 2-1, ending up with 9 points for their efforts. On Saturday, March 1st, victories came against B1FCA301GCF (FC America - Orlando) and B4LSA301NFY (Leg-A-Z – Gainesville). On Sunday, March 2nd, the final victory came against a very determined B2DEL301GCF (Deltona Team Elite – Deltona). In the final game, Clash held a 2-0 lead well into the 2nd half of the match before Deltona scored their only goal on a penalty kick.

FYSA Region B Cup finals take place in Orange Park, FL (greater Jacksonville) during the weekend of March 15-16, 2008.
