BOCA UNITED U12 GIRLS WIN WESTON TOURNAMENT U13 DIVISION

BOCA RATON, FL – Boca United's u12 girls won the Weston Tournament’s U13 Division in 11v11 play. It all began with Hannah Coy’s unbelievable last minute “Coast to Coast” goal against Weston in the tournament’s opening game, setting the tone for Boca United’s Championship run. The BU Girls never looked back, going undefeated to the Championship round. Boca United met Weston again in the much anticipated Tournament Final. Down by a goal late in the Championship game, Boca United’s Bailey Leal, tapped in a dramatic game tying goal with little over a minute left to play. This set the scene for the championship to be decided by PK’s. Boca United’s Girls slammed in all but one PK edging out the talented Weston Tournament Team, who had joined forces with Kendall’s Soccer Coalition. The Championship was sweet for the Boca United U12 girls, who used their own talented pool of players to win both the regular season in FLUGSA, and the Weston Tournament Championship. Boca United now prepares for the FLUGSA post season Tournament.
