Space Coast United announces Panther 7 v 7

Space Coast United Soccer Club is pleased to announce the first annual Panther 7 v 7. It will take place February 23rd, 2008 at Viera Regional Park in Melbourne, Florida.

There are two groupings: one is the college teams and the other is boys from U14s to U19s. Please see the www.spacecoastsoccer.org and look for the Panther 7 v 7 for rules, entry forms and waivers.

Space Coast United feels the relationship between boys youth and mens collegiate soccer can be stronger. A young man needs to know he can grow up playing youth futbol and then collegiate soccer in Florida and elsewhere. We want this event to help encourage that concept. In addition, this is a great way for the collegiate teams to get in some scrimmaging and conditioning during the spring. Likewise, the youth teams preparing for Regional and State Cup play can do the same.
