West Pines sends 8 of 13 teams to title game

West Pines United Girl's Program took another step forward in their developmental process with an impressive showing at the recently concluded West Pines Kickoff Classic over the weekend of Oct. 20/21, 2007. The host club entered a total of 13 teams into the tournament, of which 8 of those participating teams reached the championship games in their respective age groups. West Pines United Girl's  Director Todd Goodman reflected on the program's accomplishments, "Even though we're obviously estatic about the results our program produced, the results are secondary compared to the attractive play, determination and the passion our players displayed on the field". West Pines United Girls regular season teams now prepare themselves for their upcoming seasons, while the early season teams now ready themselves for their upcoming high school season as they compete for some of the areas top teams in the State. The below listed teams reached the finals in last weekend's tournament:
