News from Seminole Soccer Summer Camp
Limited spots available for two, five-day sessions in July.

Tallahassee, Fla. - Want to take your soccer game to the next level? How would you like to learn from the nation's elite college coaching staff? Then the Mark Krikorian Soccer Academy at Florida State University is where you need to be this summer.

Boys and girls, ages 11-17, can take advantage of one of two five-day, overnight sessions that are offered this summer. Campers will be given an unforgettable soccer experience as they learn from a coaching staff with years of professional, international and college experience as well as from the top collegiate players at Florida State.

The camp will be under the direction of the 2002 WUSA Coach of the Year and 2006 Soccer America Coach of the Year Mark Krikorian. In just two seasons at the helm of the FSU Women's Soccer team, Krikorian has guided the Seminoles to back-to-back College Cup appearances. Florida State is one of two schools in Division I to advance to the national semifinals in three of the last four years. Joining Krikorian at this year's camp will be assistant coaches Eric Bell (2nd Season at FSU) and Paul Rogers (1st season at FSU) and a list of Seminole players.

The primary focus of these camps will be on the technical application of the sport with dedicated training in specific areas including passing, shooting techniques, receiving, dribbling and team tactics.

The first camp will be held July 21-25 with the second one running July 25-29. The cost for the overnight camp is $595 per child, while commuter campers can attend for $495 per child.

It is Florida State's goal that every player leaves camp with a feeling of accomplishment, a better understanding of the game and an intensified passion for soccer.
